Laurence's personal experience with international real estate transactions has given her not only first-hand knowledge of the intricacies involved in buying, selling and renting, but a deep understanding of the type of service required to succeed in these endeavors.

Originally from France, Laurence graduated from ESSEC, a graduate business school, with a focus on Marketing and Sales.
She then worked in Tokyo in the Research Department of the leading securities and investment banking company in Japan, contributing to a monthly report on international economy and financial markets intended for Japanese institutional investors.
Moving back to France a few years later, Laurence was in charge of promoting investment products and services with Japanese, German and Belgian institutional investors for a French bank, and of developing the bank's ability to sell private placements to these investors.
She next relocated to Frankfurt, Germany, where she raised her family. While there she also dealt Japanese antique furniture.
In 2007, Laurence came to New York where she has happily resided since.
Laurence has successfully transacted numerous sales and rentals since her entrance into the New York Real Estate market. During summer 2017, after 6 years of affiliation with a major NYC brokerage, she decided to operate her own independent Real Estate Brokerage.
As in her past professional experience, she brings an exceptional level of expertise and dedication to each client.
Laurence speaks fluent French, German and English.
